Simple operation, High safety.

While hydraulic pressure source maintained by electric motor or another prime mover, continuous variable speed operation can be performed by means of a single changing operation lever.

Economical produced, Maintenance expenses

It’s very economical owing to high pressure which reduces a great extent of piping material and oil consumption while electric-power is utilized efficiently.

Light weight, Small size, Good efficiency.

Smaller and lighter machinery rather than conventional tow force drive machinery improves the ships capability while high pressure raises the efficiency.

Convertible use of hydraulic pump.

The oil hydraulic pump used for a cargo winch can serve for a windlass and for a mooring winch by the operation of the change-over valve. As a result, lower cost of vessels can be attained.

Safety in cargo handling.

Operation of the machines can be instantly stopped by automatic action of the hydraulic brake even in the case of sudden stoppage of electricity during cargo handling, or pipe breakage and other accidental trouble. In such case simple sliding operation can be available in handling cargo. All unite are protected by safety devices which avoid overload to rating load.


Example ) in case of one-boom

The oil delivered from pump drives to the hydraulic winch (Cargo winch) through the remote control valve stand and then, reaches the second winch (Topping winch) through the control valve stand, a new drives to the third winch (Guy winch) through the control valve stand and returns to the pump through the oil-cooler and the strainer, this called a sales system. The manual change-over valve (three-way valve) can introduce the oil delivered from the pump to the windlass or mooring winch.

Hydraulic pump nuit

Feature:

Variable pump with axial tapered piston rotary group of bent axis design, for hydraulic drives. Output flow is proportional to drive speed and pump capacity is steplessly variable between maximun capacity and zero.

V = Rope speed

The constant power controls the output volume of the pump in relation to the operation pressure so that, at any constant drive speed, the preset drive power is no exceeded.
