The cylinder liner of JINSEONG, as materials are produced using the centrifugal casting method, features the uniform mechanical property and metal tissue. As we manufacture the materials directly, we can produce the materials only for cylinder liner and the product that the abrasion-resistance is improved by adding the alloyed iron. The stress is removed by heat treatment and the surface hardening heat treated product can be provided according to the requirement of customer.
