● What is Steel Pipe Fitting?

Steel Pipe Fitting is used for change of direction of piping, modulation of pipe diameter and piping derived from main piping.
Steel Pipe Fitting is produced out of steel plate or steel pipe. Or raw material is forged and machined to steel fitting.

B.W(Butt Welding)	Bevelling and welding the 2 contacting parts. - the most economical method for piping in large diameter pipes

	(1) Main Process Pipe Line is for transmission of fluid between storage tank and process system. Service Piping is for transmission of steam, air, water and etc. for Main Process Pipe Line.

	(2) Service Piping is called Utility Piping, but ordinarily Utility Piping means the Piping which provides Utility, bulk purchases such as burner oil.

	(3) There are many types of piping materials for vessels. Generally carbon steel pipes are used, which are connected with pipes and piping materials by welding and screwd joint.

	(4) Transportation piping is usually the piping in large diameter which is used for transporting fluid, slurries(mixed material with water and infusible material like plaster and lime), gas, crude oil, petroleum and water and etc. to the place hundreds miles far away.

	(5) Piping for facilities is used for the purpose of providing water, burner gas and etc. and collecting waste water for the facilities of schools, buildings and houses.
