The flushing Unit of STAUFF Korea is the largest equipment
domestically which supports 8,000 LPM / 40 bar. It’s major function is
Oil Flushing as well as Hydro Testing on 700 bar pressure. The flushing unit is operated in various methods such as water, oil &
chemical material. Since the range of our flushing equipment is various from 200 LPM to 1,400 LPM, we can support the
extensive customer who needs equipment production or rental.

Jet-Cleaner Characteristics

Simple and low cost solution for the removal of unwanted contaminant from the inside surfaces of pipes, tubes and hoses.
The STAUFF Clean system comprises a pneumatic launcher and a range of specially designed nozzles.
The launcher uses standard industrial compressed air in pressure between 6 and 8 bar / 87 and 116 psi to propel a foam projectile through the nozzle and into the hose, tube or pipe to be cleaned
