Fire-Retardant Silicone Sealant

Fire retardant silicon sealant Si-701 does not make corrosion of applied materials of products, because the sealant is not only corrosion resistant, but also neutral and anti-fungi. And Si-701 which would be hardened at room temperature is almost smokeless, non-toxic, halogen free. Si-701 is good for sealing walls, ceilings, or curtain walls and is also suitable for fire sealing for glass construction on doors or windows. It is also a generic product that has been certified for the use of fire-retardant products that are maximized through tests such as waterproof and sea-water resistance, oil resistance, and paint resistance.
Because Si-701 has excellent fire-retardant performance without solvent or acetic acid, it would be odorless, environmentally friendly and safe. Specifications

- Cannot be overpainted.
- Not intended for structural glazing.
- Do not allow sealant to come in contact with solvent during cure.
- Do not allow sealant to come in contact with curing polyurethane sealants during cure.
- Not intended for immersion.
- Sealant may be applied below freezing temperatures if substrates are completely dry, frost free and clean.

- Do not apply when substrate temperatures are below -20°F or above 130°F.
- Not recommended for absorptive surfaces such as natural stone,
   particularly limestone or marble where staining may occur test before use.
- Brass or copper may be discolored. Test prior to application.
- Do not apply to surfaces that will be painted as sealant surface will not hold paint
- Do not apply to substrates that bleed oil, plasticizers or solvent.
- Do not apply to damp or wet substrates.
- Lower temperature and humidity will extend tack free and cure rates.
- Test sensitive substrates, such as mirror backings, for compatibility before use.

- Direct eye contact may cause irritation.
- Eye contact may cause conjunctivitis,corneal damage, or severe chemical burns.
- May cause skin irritation and sensitization.
- May be harmful if swallowed
- Product contains oximes, possible skin sensitizers.
