[TD-03] High Pressure Vessel

The testing object is put inside of the pressure vessel and experiment it can stand the pressure. Marine Space manufactured the test facility to meet the high pressure conditions where the various water pressure tests of the underwater equipment can be carried out including buckling strength, fatigue strength, function of underwater device, watertight test etc.

The certain degree of pressure is put on the objects such as underwater sensors, submarine related items, underwater projectile and so on, and the researcher can investigate the durability, the degree of deformation, and connection and leakage. Water pressure varies by the depth of water and the object gets pressure 1 ㎏/㎠ by 1 m water depth.

According to the client's requirement, the facility is designed and manufactured appropriate for the test goal and use so the vaious and precise research can be performed. The main device of the high pressure vessel is manufactured to stand the high pressure so that it can carry out the high pressure test for the underwater equipment. The installed structure should be rigidly designed and manufactured with consideration of the test convinience and safety.

The pressure vessel can stand the inner pressure more than the test pressure ( Max. 50 Bar ) based on the American mechanical society's certificate, or ASME Section VIII-Div 2.
