The winch used when construction a suspension bridge. It was invented by nation's own R&D and supplied to a domestic construction corporation. It s utilized to transport and install heavy parts needed for the suspension bridge's construction.
It has following features : (1) 2-drummed so that constructions can be done on a 2 different spots. (2) lope controls that have up to 6km-long lope by winding it up and organizing it.
