Single Type Expansion Joint
It is the simplest product consisting of single type Bellows that has two types of design, one with a reinforcing ring and the other one without it.
According to a pressure condition for use, the type of design could be determined.

Single Type Expansion Joint - Tied Type
It is a Tie-Rod Ass’y add-on type to a Single Type Expansion Joint, and is used for a pipe having an off-set generated in a vertical direction of an axis of the pipe.
Tie-Rod is designed to withstand a thrust generated while the pipe is driven.

Universal Type Expansion Joint
It is a product consisting of two Bellows and an intermediate connection pipe, and is able to absorb displacement in all directions such as an axis direction, a vertical direction of an axis and an angle direction of a pipe. Also, it is applicable to a pipe having a displacement in a vertical direction of an axis greater than the SINGLE TYPE.

Universal Type Expansion Joint - Tied Type
It is a Tie-Rod Ass’y add-on type to a Universal Type product, and is designed to absorb a thrust by an Expansion Joint impacted to the product by a Tie-Rod.

Hinge Type Expansion Joint
It is a product having a hinge arm and a hinge pin, which are installed on a side of a BELLOWS, supporting a thrust by an international pressure.
And the each BELLOWS absorbs displacement in a vertical direction of an axis, which is in a single direction, to angle displacement. Mostly, two BELLOWSs are used in pair.

Gimbal Type Expansion Joint
It is a product having a structure capable of absorbing complex displacement in more than two directions by two Gimbal Arms and Gimbal Pins, having a GIMBAL PIN supporting a thrust by an international pressure, and having BELLOWS absorbing angle displacement.
Like a Hinge Type product, two BELLOWSs are used in pair.

Pressure Balanced Type Expansion Joint
It is a product used in case that a fixing point is difficult to be installed on a pipe, or it need to be considered for a thrust not to be impacted to a nozzle, and one of L and S types of the product is selected for use according to an installation position of the product.

Non-metallic Expansion Joint
It is manufactured of various non-metals, such as synthetic rubber, fiber insulation, fluoroplastic based on design conditions.
It absorbs stress generated by thermal retractility of a pipe, is able to absorb relatively large amount of displacement, and has no risk of corrosion.

Rubber Expansion Joint
It is an Expansion Joint manufactured by reinforcing synthetic rubber with metal to absorb thermal retractility generated from a pipe system and stress generated by mechanical vibration.

Dog-Bone Expansion Joint
Expansion Joint is installed as a belt manufactured in a predetermined shape consisting of a rubber-immersed reinforcing fiber layer and rubber for use in a cover.
An end of it need to be connected for use according to dimensions around it, and is used as a retractility element of a condenser of a power plant.
It is designed considering vacuum pressure, compression under maximum 15PSIG, and a vertical axis direction.
And a specific clamping device is needed to fix the belt on a frame.
